Role Responsibilities
* Develop improvements to existing processes to deliver improved business performance and effectiveness
* Analyse baseline data on operational performance; identify opportunities for improvements and demonstrate benefits
* Build and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders, influencing them to achieve the desired outcome and create the necessary level of commitment to the success of the project
* Complete business diagnostic analysis to document business models in relation to service, process, people, inputs, technology etc.
* Conduct business improvement reviews by partnering with leaders, process owners and project teams to identify strategically relevant improvement opportunities and convert those opportunities into successfully completed projects using Lean Six Sigma methods and tools
* Prepare and facilitate workshops ,collate outputs and progress relevant issues appropriately
* Experience in Process Mapping using ARIS by following the required BPM practices to create Process Maps.
* Expert in assessment of process
* Experienced in creating Process catalogue
* Expert in creating AS-IS & TO-BE process models.
* Expert in performing SIPOC analysis
* Should be able to gather and analyse business metrics in order to estimate potential business benefits.
* Experience in implementing BPM, RPA and ECM.
* Experience as Business Analyst in Digital technologies such as mobile and customer facing channels.
* Work with colleagues & cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to produce and own business user requirements, functional specifications and business cases
* Support the end-to-end digital process, from design through to development, testing and implementation, ensuring that digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.
* Ability to process and interpret complex data with a high level of numerical literacy
Key Requirements
* Must have:
* 8-10 years of Banking and Financial services change experience, overall experience of over 10 years+
* Advanced experience of process modelling with tools such as ARIS, Blueworks and MS Visio
* Experience in implementing BPM/RPA
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Desirable - Experience of working with Lean methodologies, lean qualification desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation
