You’ll be responsible for forecasting and reporting Opex for our Change & Transformation function, while partnering closely with the team to provide insight and challenge business cases. This role gives you visibility of major change initiatives and the chance to influence outcomes through strong financial analysis and governance.You’ll work with Finance Partners, Financial Control, and nurture relationships across the business. Expect to be in the office at least once a week (or more if you want to).What you’ll be doing:Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the businessUnderstand business strategy and translate it into financial impactAnalyse profit, cashflow, risks, and opportunitiesDeliver clear, insightful reporting and forecastingSupport finance transformation and process improvementsProvide performance analysis and support decision-makingWhat we’re looking for:A recognised accountancy qualification (or passed finalist)Financial analysis experience (ideally), with strong planning and reporting skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills – able to co-operate at all levelsAnalytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvementStrong IT skills (Excel, SAP, Power BI)Interest in automation and new toolsWhy should you apply?We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
