Finance Project Manager

Position Summary
The Finance Project Manager will lead key finance transformation initiatives, focusing on ERP implementation and global process harmonisation. The role involves coordinating finance workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables, and driving alignment across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
1. Develop and maintain project plans aligned with program timelines.
2. Coordinate workstream activities and manage dependencies.
3. Report progress, risks, and issues regularly.
Stakeholder Management
4. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders within scope.
5. Ensure requirements and feedback are integrated into project design and delivery.
Scope & Requirements
6. Support requirements gathering, validation, and documentation.
7. Ensure clear definition and control of project scope.
Risk & Issue Management
8. Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues.
9. Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Testing & Quality Assurance
10. Support planning and execution of testing phases.
11. Ensure test cases align with business processes and requirements.
Change Management
12. Act as a change ambassador to drive awareness and adoption of new solutions.
Qualifications
13. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
14. Project management or process improvement certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
Experience
15. 5+ years in project management, preferably leading large-scale transformation or ERP projects.
16. Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in complex environments.
17. Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems.
Skills
18. Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
19. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
20. Ability to lead without direct authority and foster collaboration across teams.
Travel: Up to 30% international travel may be required for global collaboration and program execution.
