Site Manager (Waterford) Salary: €75,000 €85,000 (DOE) Company vehicle Comprehensive benefits package We are currently recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor for a large-scaleproject based in Waterford, with approximately 12 months remaining on the programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a high-spec project, with strong site support and a clear run to completion. Key Responsibilities Full day-to-day management of site activities Delivery of works in line with programme, budget, and quality standards Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site teams Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements Short-term planning, sequencing, and site logistics Liaison with project management, design teams, and client representatives Oversight of inspections, quality control, and snagging through to handover Requirements Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager on medical, pharmaceutical, or similarly high-spec projects Strong working knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S legislation Proven ability to manage programme and drive quality on site Excellent leadership and communication skills Relevant construction qualification or strong trade background For more information, get in touch with Jonny Derby on or Benefits: Company Vehicle Parking Pension Fund Performance Bonus
