Our New Directions hubs offer a wide range of services, including residential, respite, and day services. We are currently recruiting for passionate individuals to join our team in various roles, including Care Assistants, Social Care Workers, and Community Inclusion Coaches.

Requirements include knowledge of the New Directions framework, experience supporting people with Autism, and a full driving licence is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good listening skills, are essential.
Care Assistant: A FETAC/QQI Level 5 Major Award in Social Care/Healthcare or relevant qualification, all 8 modules completed.
Social Care Worker: Level 7 Social Care degree or equivalent qualification, CORU registration or in the process of registration.
Community Inclusion Coach: Relevant professional qualification, such as Social Care, Supported Employment, or Training/Education.
We offer a Monday to Friday work pattern with a proposed start date of mid-August. All job offers are subject to two successful references, ongoing Garda Vetting, and a satisfactory pre-employment medical. Salary will be paid as per the HSE consolidated pay scales.
