Job Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job posting to onboarding new hires.
* Coordinate and oversee pre-employment checks, reference collection, and contract documentation processes.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR and recruitment records are maintained in accordance with data protection regulations.
* Collaborate with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to facilitate effective workforce planning and timely recruitment delivery.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for all recruitment campaigns and related HR initiatives.
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of HR processes, systems, and candidate experience.
* Assist in reporting, metrics, and analysis of recruitment activity to inform strategic decision-making.
