Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Assistant Vice President to join our team in Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with technology delivery managers to gather and present monthly status reports to stakeholders.
* Monitor financial projects throughout their lifecycle, overseeing inflight activities and future projections across significant capital expenditure and operational investment budgets.
* Engage with IT heads to ensure statements of work are accurately reflected in forecasts, and align project documentation with organisational objectives.
* Facilitate weekly project forums to present project initiations, review demand requests, validate charters, and ensure resource allocation aligns with financial considerations.
* Review and validate key project documents to confirm resources, financials, and strategic considerations are addressed.
* Support ongoing enhancement of the PMO by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and increase efficiency.
* Utilise ServiceNow, Excel and PowerPoint to manage reporting requirements and explore improvements to tools and processes.
Requirements:
* Experience using reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to present monthly status reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in monitoring financial projects across capital expenditure and operational budgets.
* Experience coordinating with IT teams to reflect statements of work in forecasts and align with organisational objectives.
