Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years of experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies:
* Home Oxygen
* Nebulisers
* Ventilations
* Sleep
We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field‑based operations team consists of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment—installation, training, servicing, and removal.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, such as contract management, customer organization interfaces, and payor interfaces (states or private insurance).
Main Accountabilities
* Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.
* Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
* Liaise with sales and technical staff to keep them up‑to‑date with customer needs.
* Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints.
* Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
* Raise job orders.
Differentiating Criteria
* Handle larger accounts, managing contracts and overseeing a broader range of administrative functions.
* Provide guidance to junior agents.
* Deal with multiple systems to ensure data accuracy.
* Maintain a high level KPI for calls answered.
Are you a MATCH?
* 2+ years of experience in general office practice.
* Fluent English.
