Role Overview
Reporting to the Risk Framework Manager, Europe, this is a key role within the first line European Technology Risk and Security Team within the Office of the CIO, Europe. This new role will configure, maintain and optimise the GRC ServiceNow IRM solution to support effective risk management across European Technology. This role will work closely with European Technology Business Units to understand requirements, build solutions, manage workflows and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of GRC processes. The role will require excellent attention to detail and an ability to engage and work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the optimum efficiency of the GRC ServiceNow IRM solution and to facilitate delivery of accurate and relevant risk reporting.
What you will help us to achieveAdminister and maintain the GRC ServiceNow IRM platform, including user management, access controls and system configurations. Handle requests for new, amended or deleted access ensuring compliance with access control policies.Design, develop and configure applications, workflows, reports and dashboards within GRC ServiceNow IRM based on business requirements. Perform data cleanses and ensure accurate record keeping. Integrate ServiceNow IRM with other systems and data sources via API, data imports/exports or connectors. Co-ordination with the ServiceNow Platform team to implement and test ServiceNow upgrades. Support business users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions and providing training. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective GRC solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow IRM processes. configurations and procedures. Stay up to date with ServiceNow IRM updates, best practices, and GRC trends.
What you will need to be successful in the role
The successful candidate will ideally have/be:Ideally educated to a degree level with bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred. Prior experience (3 – 5 years) administering ServiceNow IRM (Xanadu or later versions) or similar GRC tools e.g. GRC Archer or Metric Stream required. Preferred 3 – 5 years ServiceNow configuration and scripting experience Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) preferred Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS- Risk & Compliance) desirable Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance concepts. Proficiency in advanced workflow/process automation, data management and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong customer orientation.
