About the Role
* Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing strategies development, communication, and approval.
* Guide internal business partners through supplier selection and acquisition processes.
* Negotiate, contract, and manage supplier relationships to meet organizational needs.
* Monitor internal customers and supply markets for savings opportunities, value streams, and changes impacting the sourcing strategy.
* Track year-on-year financial performance of categories by monitoring price movements.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
* Experience in category sourcing, supply chain, or procurement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in related field.
* Procurement or supply chain experience.
* Lean Six Sigma certification.
* Experience with SAP system.
