Job Overview
This role involves delivering high-quality payroll services to multiple entities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end payroll processing and possess a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Processing & Administration
o Collate and prepare all inputs in advance of payroll deadlines
o Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
o Process monthly PAYE submissions on ROS
o Manage voluntary deductions (health insurance, Credit Union, etc.), including updates and reconciliations
* Employee Support & Queries
o Respond to employee requests and queries via the internal ticketing platform
o Escalate complex queries when necessary
o Maintain excellent employee service standards
* Compliance & Controls
o Ensure payroll compliance with GDPR and internal policies
o Maintain a high level of confidentiality across all payroll activities
o Support payroll audits and process reviews
* Projects & Continuous Improvement
o Assist payroll peers with special projects related to payroll function
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
o Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
* IPASS qualification
* End-to-end payroll processing experience
Desirable:
* Experience with MegaPay
