The Customer Service and Operations Leader will oversee the front-of-house staff, fostering an inviting atmosphere for guests and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front-of-house operations and leading teams to success.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Front of House or Front Office Management role within a 5-star Hotel environment.
