These diseases are often inherited, difficult to diagnose, progressively debilitating and have few treatment options. Our goal is to advance therapies that set new standards.
The Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitting Program is a four-year apprenticeship designed for individuals who thrive in team-based environments where colleagues are adaptable, versatile and empowered to make decisions.
A high level of initiative, energy and motivation are essential role requirements, as well as excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high standard of work, adhere to schedules and be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include providing support to on-site maintenance personnel in daily routine and non-routine tasks. This includes operating and maintaining systems such as emergency standby equipment, utilities and HVAC.
Opportunities exist to provide technical support to various cross-functional teams throughout the site. Ensuring all equipment remains operational, available for use and GxP compliant at all times is a critical aspect of this role.
