Our client, a leading name in bespoke shopfitting solutions for high street retailers across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team as part of a strategic Succession Plan to support future growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in shopfitting or interior fit-out for city centre and urban retail projects.
* A trade and/or technical qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support estimating and tendering.
* A proven track record in project delivery and successful final account closure.
