Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to manage accounts payable and support financial reporting.
* Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment issues.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Prior experience in accounts payable, preferably in a finance or accounting setting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
