* Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
* Conducting bank reconciliations, credit control, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Managing billing and invoices, as well as maintaining all necessary documentation.
* Generating reports and distributing them to partners.
Facilities Management
* Providing facilities for staff, including maintenance contracts for office equipment.
* Liaising with service providers and ensuring facilities meet health and safety standards.
* Managing client areas, such as reception and meeting rooms.
Purchasing and Supply Chain
* Procuring office supplies and managing external supplier relationships.
Staff Allocation and Development
* Allocating work effectively among legal secretaries and executives.
* Sourcing temporary staff when necessary.
