Quality Assurance Lead
This position entails overall ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the management of all Quality-related activities across multiple value streams.
1. Develop a robust preventative Quality program to ensure consistency in processes.
2. Mistake-proof product build at source and validate critical processes.
3. Address Quality product and process issues in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Group leaders, Training instructors, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, Supplier Quality Team, and Customer-facing Quality team members.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can drive Quality excellence and contribute to the organization's success.
The selected individual will be responsible for implementing Quality initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
In addition to their technical expertise, the candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
