Job Description
We are recruiting Social Care Workers to join a small, bespoke children's residential service where quality, safety, and meaningful relationships come first. You'll play a central role in helping children feel safe, understood, and supported, working within a trauma‑informed team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily care and support tailored to each child's needs.
* Build strong, trusting relationships through attachment‑aware practice.
* Support children in routines (meals, personal care, school, community).
* Maintain records, safeguarding notifications, and contribute to care planning.
Requirements
* Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care (CORU registered).
* Experience with children/young people with autism, disability, or behaviours of concern.
* Strong communication, resilience, and understanding of HIQA/TUSLA regulations.
Desirable
* Full driving licence.
* PBS/trauma‑informed training.
* Autism practice.
* De‑escalation skills.
