Role: Payroll Administrator Location: OHM Group, based in Baldonnell, Dublin 22 Reports to: Payroll Manager Flexible work: Full time The Opportunity Our growing finance team currently has an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator for the OHM Group based in Baldonnell, Dublin 22.
This role will support the payroll administration for c.450 employees across the group.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, well-organisedand reliable, with an exceptional level of attention to detail and great degree of confidentiality and discretion.
The role will report directly to the Payroll Manager.
End-to-end processing of 3 Payrolls (Weekly x1, Monthly x2) for c.450 employees Respond efficiently and professionally to any employee queries, or management requests for analyses.
Maintain effective controls and procedures to ensure that the Company is in full compliance of all legal, statutory and Revenue requirements, as well as Data Protection regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records to ensure highest level of confidentiality and auditability Assist with Time and Attendance administration when required Liaise with finance team to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll reconciliation Improve payroll processes to increase accuracy and reduce processing times Any other ad hoc tasks and / or projects as appropriate.
Skills & experience: The successful candidate should clearly demonstrate the following skills and experience: Full unrestricted work permit for working in Ireland (this role does not qualify for work permit sponsorship) Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience in a payroll administrator role for large number of employes Robust working knowledge of employment tax regulations and compliance Excellent administrative, organisational and numeric skills, including competency in Payroll systems (SAGE Micro Pay Pro) and MS Excel (high proficiency) Ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise tasks while simultaneously, meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail Time and Attendance system experience an advantage (Snow Technology UKG Pro) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
