Responsibilities
* Become a Tableau subject‑matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including related enterprise architecture concepts, governance and cross‑cloud solutions.
* Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Tableau.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for various audiences and situations.
* Proactive and self‑starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
* Tableau certification or ability to attain certification.
* Ability to engage customers in global timezones as required by business need.
Basic Requirements
* Proven experience in enterprise consulting, including usage, design, and implementation of Tableau product solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, with a focus on guiding customers through optimization and migration.
* Prior experience in Tableau server/Cloud administration or architecture, desktop, or large deployments.
* Strong understanding of data preparation, ETL, modeling, and the ability to guide customers through best practices.
Preferred Requirements
* Familiarity with cloud architecture and considerations for on‑prem server to Cloud migration.
* Experience supporting/troubleshooting performance issues related to data pipelines or dashboards is advantageous.
* Experience designing solutions on Salesforce Core, and Data Cloud.
* Experience in data warehousing or data lake platforms is a plus (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
