We are delighted to partner exclusively with an international Private Equity firm to appoint an Investment Director to its Dublin based Investment team.
THE ROLE:
* Build an investable transaction
pipeline of direct private equity investments into energy transition businesses
* Develop a coordinated
origination strategy based on the identified investable transaction pipeline
* Ability to execute transactions
that are approved by Investment Committee by managing internal execution team,
external advisors, and counterparties
* Monitoring ongoing performance
of each investee companies to ensure delivery against target growth ambition approved
by Investment Committee
* Present regular Investment Committee
approval and update papers, as well as periodic reports to all key stakeholders
on performance
Requirements
o A minimum of 10 years'
prior relevant experience
o Experience in originating, structuring
and executing direct private equity investment into companies
o Ability to form enduring
relationships within the business and with investors and investees
o Strong interpersonal skills,
be able to build rapport quickly and develop long -term business relationships
o A resilient character with
the ability to operate optimally within a fast -paced, private equity -backed
environment
