Senior Brand Manager Role


About the Job

This is a high-profile position that requires strategic thinking and strong leadership skills to shape the brand strategy and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management: Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and maintaining a unified brand voice and visual identity.
2. Strategy and Development: Analyze market trends and consumer insights to adapt and refine brand plans accordingly, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
3. Campaign development: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive engagement, working closely with PR & Communications manager to create an omni-channel content calendar.
4. Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn to foster engagement, enhance brand presence, and grow online presence.
5. Event & Sponsorship Management: Develop external events sponsorship strategy from planning to execution, managing branding, sponsorship packages, Networking/CEO Dinners, etc., and lead all planning for annual conference ensuring best-in-class event.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency in all external collateral, update and communicate brand guidelines & resources internally, and work closely with wider Marketing team for holistic omni-channel approach to all marketing efforts.
7. Budget Management: Accountable for effective management of marketing budget, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and return on investment on all marketing activities.
8. Performance Analytics: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of all brand initiatives, events, and campaigns.


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
* 6+ years proven experience in marketing, preferably within technology or travel industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
