Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician


The Facilities Maintenance Technician will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.




Key Responsibilities:



* Maintain facilities to ensure they are clean and safe working environments;

* Perform routine inspections of equipment to prevent failures;

The technician also ensures that all safety procedures are followed when performing work assignments. Maintaining accurate records of work performed is crucial.
* Liaise with team members or other departments as required.
