* Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues/concerns addressed to the Directors, determining the appropriate course of action - delegate, referral, response, and closure.

* Administrative Support including some marketing assistance.

* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of relevant experience supporting a senior management team.
