Job Summary
We are currently hiring an experienced Administrative Professional to assist our client's senior leadership team in the financial services industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience providing administrative support to join a supportive team in South Dublin.
The role will initially be fully onsite and will transition to a hybrid working model after successful completion of the probation period.
Main Responsibilities:
* Calendar and diary management with some light travel coordination
* Coordinating internal and external meetings, including planning key board meetings
* Preparing meeting packs, taking minutes and following up on action items
* Ordering office supplies as required and coordinating catering for meetings
* Budget and expense management
* First point of contact for onsite contractors, eg facilities and cleaning services
* Adhoc administrative support
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a role providing administrative support to a team is essential
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Full working authorisation in Ireland
* Highly organised with excellent coordination and time management skills
* Available for an immediate start
