Job Opportunity: Head of Undergraduate Recruitment
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the undergraduate recruitment team and drive student enrollment for full-time programs at a leading education institution. As Head of Undergraduate Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to engage with secondary level schools and Further Education colleges, identifying key targets and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in student recruitment, particularly for the CAO market, as well as sales and sales management experience within the education sector. They should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets;
2. Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including school counselors and further education college staff;
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
