As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our centre.
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you'll help lead and motivate the team, ensure the highest levels of care and safety, and build a warm, positive environment where children and staff feel valued and supported.
What you'll do:
Support the Centre Manager with the daily operations of the centre
Lead and motivate the staff team, promoting a positive workplace culture
Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing at all times
Build strong relationships with parents, children, and your team
Assist with administration and record-keeping
Encourage continuous improvement and support staff development

Previous experience in a childcare or team leadership role
A passion for high-quality childcare and early education
Strong communication and organisational skills
