Ryanair is currently recruiting Cabin Crew to join Europe's largest airline group. This is an opportunity to become part of a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members operating across 90+ bases and delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service to more than 600,000 customers daily.
Role Overview
As a member of the Cabin Crew team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers while delivering a professional inflight service. Full training is provided, and no prior aviation experience is required.
Training
Successful candidates will complete an internationally recognised Cabin Crew training programme, provided at no cost. Upon completion, candidates will be awarded Cabin Crew Wings and assigned to a confirmed base.
Working Pattern
The role operates on a fixed
5 days on / 3 days off
roster. Cabin Crew must be flexible and available to work early starts (from 05:00) and late finishes (up to midnight), in line with operational requirements.

Requirements

As part of the recruitment process, candidates must complete a
mandatory English proficiency test
and a
situational judgement test
. Failure to complete these assessments will result in removal from the recruitment process.
