Business Operations Manager
This role focuses on enhancing business efficiency by facilitating communication and alignment between teams.
Responsibilities
* Manage operational issues raised by business leadership, coordinating responses and resolutions through divisional alignment.
* Point of contact for functions to access support from the organization.
* Foster excellent communication internally and externally, managing potential escalations and keeping all stakeholders informed.
Additional key responsibilities include:
* Training management and alignment as assigned.
* Participation in regional special projects as required.
* Stakeholder of project intake processes for focused initiatives.
* Collaboration with operations support managers to define global solutions.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters. Additionally, you must understand and be accountable for conducting business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including policy.
