About the Role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating compelling job adverts and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding. You will also be a key voice in promoting our employer brand.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hires
* Craft engaging job advertisements
* SOURCE CANDIDATES VIA HEADHUNTING, JOB BOARDS, LINKEDIN, AND OTHER PLATFORMS
* Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
* Maintain a strong talent pipeline
* Deliver detailed hiring updates and insights to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with:
* Prior recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organized
* Confident using a range of sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
