Our multidisciplinary team delivers person-centered care to older adults with complex, multiple, and long-term health conditions.
We are searching for experienced individuals to work autonomously and as part of our multidisciplinary team, to provide advanced clinical assessment and management to promote health, independence, and quality of life in older people.
