Senior Culinary Leader
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Culinary Leader to oversee the full management of our kitchen, ensuring top-quality preparation and presentation of all menu items.
* Lead, motivate, and supervise a high-performing kitchen team, coordinating rosters, managing labour costs, supporting recruitment, and driving performance
* Take a hands-on approach during busy periods, confidently leading service from the front
* Create and implement innovative seasonal menu concepts and special event offerings
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a hotel or similar high-standard kitchen environment
* HACCP trained with a strong focus on hygiene and food safety
* Passionate about delivering exceptional creative food/culinary dishes

Must have excellent communication leadership organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks work effectively under pressure .Must be legally entitled to work variable shifts in Ireland.
