We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clerical Officer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys administrative tasks and is proficient in Microsoft Packages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

">

• Compliance management

">

• Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly

">

• Data entry and data management

">

• Record management

">

• Updating files

">

• General clerical work including filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails

">

Key Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

• 1 year administration or clerical experience

">

• High proficiency in Microsoft Packages and efficient data entry skills

">

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy

">

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

">

What We Offer

">

This is a temporary position with an initial 3-month contract. The hourly rate is €16.93 per hour, and the working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
