What You’ll Do
As an Automation Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems that drive manufacturing excellence. From system development to cross‑functional collaboration, your work will play a key role in maximizing efficiency, compliance, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Design & Optimize automation systems to support production efficiency and reliability
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Commission and troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA, and data historian systems (e.g., Siemens, OSIsoft Pi)
* Support compliance with industry regulations (FDA cGxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP)
* Document & train end‑users with manuals, protocols, and technical guidance
* Stay current with evolving tech and automation standards like ANSI/ISA‑S88, S95, PackML
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* 2+ years of hands‑on experience with automation/control systems, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with Siemens PLCs, SCADA systems, and industry regulations
* Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills
