Technical Support Lead for Data Loss Prevention
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Lead to oversee the technical support team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising Data Loss Prevention systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of technical support engineers specialising in DLP platforms
- Ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Tuning and upgrading system components, following internal testing and change management processes
- Working with key stakeholders and vendors to implement new or additional DLP capabilities to enhance our risk-driven data protection
- Contributing to projects that improve current DLP capabilities, drive adoption, and enable future growth
Requirements:
- Experience operating and supporting DLP tools across multiple security domains such as: Network, Email, Endpoint and Web
- Exposure to, and knowledge of enterprise DLP platforms eg Symantec DLP, Digital Guardian Endpoint DLP, Proof Point, Microsoft Purview
- Strong skills managing application deployments, configurations and updates running on Linux (RHEL) operating systems, with a strong knowledge of Linux Commands, files systems, permissions and process management
- Understanding and working knowledge of current data protection, information security and cyber security practices and techniques
