Clerical Officer
About the Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity to work as a Clerical Officer in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining attention to detail and working efficiently in a team-based setting.
* Verify, record, and process invoices for various services
* Process orders for janitorial items and oil requests
* Perform general administration duties such as filing, typing, data input, photocopying, scanning, and minute taking
* Deal with queries by phone, email, and post, and transfer messages
* Contact stakeholders to follow up on queries related to invoices and services not provided
* Attend tender viewings and committee meetings
* Process claim forms, issue primary medical certs, and send clinic appointment letters
* Keep the client database up-to-date
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Previous experience within HSE is highly desirable
* Strong typing skills are essential
* Dictaphone typing is advantageous but not mandatory
* Excellent communication, organisational, and presentational skills are required
* Attention to detail, prioritisation, and deadline-orientation are essential
