I have a really exciting opportunity for a Chartered Structural Engineer to join a well established civil and structural engineering & architectural consultancy in Dundalk. The successful Chartered Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design of a range of projects. Typical projects include mixed use developments, hotels, commercial, retail, industrial and residential developments. You will work on engineering challenging projects whilst having a good work life balance. This company offers a fantastic working environment.

Role / Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or equivalent
* 7 years+ experience as a structural engineer in Ireland or the UK
* Be proficient in the design of multi-storey buildings in various materials (steel, masonry, reinforced concrete, timber frame)
* Competency in software including TEDDS, Masterseries, PDS, Microdrainage/Flow, AutoCAD, REVIT
* A good understanding of construction techniques, sequences of work, temporary works, Irish Building Regs and working under BCAR
* Organised approach to problem solving and a willingness to explore new opportunities
* Good attention to detail with knowledge/experience in working in an ISO 9001:2015 environment
