**Lead Program Manager Role**
Job Description:
This challenging role involves leading multiple concurrent IT projects within Finance and Corporate Functions. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 5-6 projects, overseeing a team of analysts, driving vendor management, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Manage the delivery of 5-6 concurrent IT projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality standards.
 2. Oversee and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to foster collaboration and delivery excellence.
 3. Drive vendor management, including selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
 4. Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver business and technical initiatives that align with client strategy.
 5. Ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across the program portfolio to maximise value for all stakeholders.
 6. Oversee service delivery, testing, and quality assurance to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and security standards.
 7. Coordinate project handover to BAU operations and support teams to ensure seamless transition and continuity.
 8. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, including product upgrades, innovation pipelines, and system enhancements to drive long-term success.
 9. Implement governance frameworks to manage dependencies, risks, and change control across all projects, ensuring efficient and scalable delivery processes.
