Building Services Engineer Residential Construction About the Company We are currently working with one of Irelands leading developers, specialising in the residential construction sector, who are looking to recruit a Building Services Engineer. The role is working within the construction team and will work on full life cycle development programmes. About the Position The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of residential and regeneration projects across the country where you will gain experience from conception to through to delivery and operations. Within this role you will; Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Building Services Engineer will have the responsibility to support the delivery of Building Services Systems on designated projects. Support Liaison with the Utility companies to ensure their infrastructural and interface requirements are understood, communicated, and adhered to. Support the monitoring of Building Services installation and commissioning works on site against the planned progress requirement of the programme. Support the development of site-specific Inspection, Test, Commissioning and Handover Plans" with Contractors. Review Building Services Design Drawings Work closely with architects, structural and, fire consultants. Monitor, coordinate and control the flow of mechanical design information to ensure the timely release of information for construction activities. Experience/Requirements For this role you are required to have 5 years experience in building services Experience in the residential sector Degree in mechanical engineering ideally Experience reviewing technical drawings Project Management experience Building Services experience Bid and Tender experience. An appreciate for Health and Safety Client and sub-contractor management A reputation for project delivery A full Irish driving license Remuneration Package The client offers an excellent package.
