We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role within Social Inclusion Community Healthcare. This exciting opportunity involves working with marginalized groups, including Travellers, Ukrainians, International protection applicants, and Homeless persons.
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating nursing assessments, preparing care plans, and implementing and evaluating these for all SI groups. You will also prioritize workload and situations as appropriate, work closely with the DON and staff nurses in clinical settings/outreach clinics. Additionally, you will promote equality and inclusivity amongst all SI cohorts, maintain good collaborative working relationships, and attend clinical/management supervision with the DON.

* Maintain good collaborative working relationships and communications with statutory, professional, and voluntary organisations responsible for healthcare
