Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional onsite technical support and training to biomedical engineering teams within healthcare facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality technical assistance, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, in accordance with customer service level agreements.
* Provide superior customer service by addressing escalated technical concerns, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Establish strong relationships to drive commercial growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data entry into our customer service management systems, adhering to KPIs and Medical Device Regulation standards.
* Effectively manage daily tasks, utilizing time efficiently and maintaining relevant tools for optimal performance.
* Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and equipment.
* Comply with departmental processes, BD quality systems, and health and safety regulations as required by the organization, customers, and distributors.
Requirements and Qualifications
