Advanced Technical Support Agent
Our organization is seeking a skilled Advanced Technical Support Agent to provide expert-level technical assistance via chat or email during regular working hours.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our development team to resolve complex technical issues and analyze and solve intricate technical problems. You will also be responsible for communicating complex technical ideas fluently in English and guiding customers through technical processes.
Requirements
* At least 2 years experience in Technical Support (Tier 1 or 2)
* Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Knowledge of PHP and other coding languages an advantage
* Understanding of Web Applications
* Experience with web development and inspection tools
* Background in Web Design/Development an advantage
