About The RoleAs an Area Manager, you will be responsible for providing Account Management to clients across a number of contracts with regular travel between client sites.Key Responsibilities of an Area Manager:Ensure contracts are operating to specification by conducting site visits, conducting regular Health and Safety auditsRetention of all existing contracts, ensuring protection of our marginIdentification of new business opportunities to include both hard and soft servicesCreate and maintain a profitable service delivery model for all contracts to include integration of bundled services where possibleOperational project management of all new business contracts awardedAssume financial responsibility, in conjunction with the Operations Manager on the Profit & Loss account to include wages, equipment, consumables, etc.Provide leadership, guidance and direction to site teamsPerformance management and development of site teams in conjunction with HREnsure the business sector is fully compliant with Industry Standards, relevant employment legislation, JLC requirements, ISO and Company policies and proceduresPrioritise health and safety at all levelsCommunication with the Operations Support team regarding rostering of contracts, ensuring overtime is kept to an absolute minimumConduct training, conflict resolution and disciplinary proceduresActively participate in Industry AwardsEssential Criteria of an Area Manager:Excellent communication and problem solving skills with extensive experience in client relationship managementExcellent pc skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workloadA valid Visa enabling you to work in Ireland on a full-time basisFluent English, both written and spokenFull Clean Driver's Licence (a company-branded car will be provided as part of this role)About UsBidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
