The Programme
Within the Customer Service Graduate Programme, you will do 4 rotations within the following areas: Legal, Operations, Digital Development and an overseas placement with our claims centre in Madrid.
Operations
Contact centre Vendor Management
Customer Journey Mapping and process improvement initiatives
Voice of the customer programme and CSAT performance improvement
Legal
EU261 Passenger rights legislation.
Working with our finance partner on managing down the cost of claims
Digital Development
Working with the Digital team to define the self-service functionality that makes life easier for customers
Automating workflow and driving efficient processes.
Business Analysis, Business case creation and exposure to building functional requirements specification.
Overseas Operation in Madrid
You will have the opportunity to spend a period of time with our team in Madrid understanding the role of the legal team in managing claims and costs for the business
Application Process
Application will remain open until 31st January 2025. Applicants are expected to demonstrate a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit during the interview process, which includes a mandatory face‑to‑face interview.
Requirements
Studies in a relevant degree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to achieve it.
Must have graduated/finished university no earlier than 2023.
Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements.
Ability to work in a pressurised and fast‑paced environment.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
Good sense of humour and doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
