Project Support Officer
A Long-Term Rolling Contract Opportunity
The Project Support role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective implementation of programmes and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting Management:
o Create, produce, and distribute standard and ad-hoc operational reports, including graphs, portfolio dashboards, status reports, project metrics, and reporting.
* Programme Support:
o Assist Senior Management and Programme Managers with administration tasks on programmes, projects, communications, training, reporting, meeting minutes, etc.
* Project Documentation/Library Management:
o Manage the administration and control of portfolio, programme, and project control documents.
o Oversee the library of artefacts, approvals, minutes, actions, and logs as required.
o Serve as the version controller for all programme and project artefacts.
* Communications Support:
o Support the creation and distribution of communications materials both online, web-based, publications, and face-to-face workshops and presentations.
* Standards and Processes:
o Contribute to the rollout of project management processes and quality improvements by supporting best practices and standards.
o Help document lessons learned and support project health checks.
* Working with and through Others:
o Build and maintain effective relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
o Ensure timely dissemination of information to all stakeholders.
o Organise and administer meetings and cross-divisional communications.
