IMAC have a vacancy for General Maintenance Operative.
You will be required to perform repairs and maintenance on retail buildings and properties, both inside and out.
Tasks can include painting, fixing leaks, repairing doors, locks, furniture, cabinets, cupboards, flooring etc.
Preventative maintenance including cleaning equipment, grilles, filters, surface drains, gutters, etc. along with regular site inspection checklists will also be required.
The successful candidate preferably will have a background in construction or the maintenance industry, have good attention to detail, be conscientious, punctual and reliable and able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
This role is for a mobile operative with travel expected between Cork and Dublin, but you will also be required to travel to different locations across the Republic of Ireland as required.
You will be provided with a company van, telephone and tablet computer.
