Healthcare Compliance Officer Job Description
The role of a Healthcare Compliance Officer is to oversee the management and maintenance of quality control systems that meet international standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the healthcare compliance program by developing strategies and implementing policies that ensure regulatory compliance.
2. Review and approve events to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain deviation logs to track and address any non-compliance issues.
4. Ensure general upkeep of ISO standards and online documentation system.
5. Complete internal audits and customer audits to assess compliance levels.
6. Investigate and document process issues and corrective actions to prevent future non-compliance.
7. Maintain the Risk Register and conduct Risk Assessments to identify potential risks and mitigate them.
8. Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant Life Science / Business qualification.
* Have experience in quality assurance within regulated industries.
* Knowledge of review and appraisal of regulatory documentation.
* Able to work independently and develop strong relationships internally and externally.
