Temporary Receptionist Required
We are looking for a
Temporary Receptionist
to ensure smooth front desk operations at our
Dublin 4
office.
Duration:
This is a short-term role,
days of 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 30th, 31st Dec, and Jan 2nd
Pay:
€15 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and manage front desk duties.
* Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
* Handle email correspondence and schedule appointments.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
