Job Title: Group Reporting Accountant - Insurance
Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

This position sits within a high-performing reporting team and offers broad exposure across financial reporting, international entity accounting, regulatory support, and cross-functional finance operations.

Who should apply?
ACA or ACCA qualified with 2+ years PQE
Big 4 or Top 10 training background preferred
Insurance audit or insurance financial reporting experience advantageous
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting processes
Experience preparing or reviewing reconciliations and financial statements
Advanced Excel skills highly beneficial
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with stakeholders across finance and operational teams
Motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into senior leadership within the reporting function, the successful hire will support a broad range of accounting and reporting responsibilities:
Assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
Preparing statutory financial information for international entities
Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and control processes
Assisting with intercompany accounting and settlement activities
Supporting audit, tax, and compliance-related deliverables
Performing analytical review of financial information and investigating variances
Partnering with finance teams across multiple international locations
Contributing to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
