Recruitment Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on an 11-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment skills and work with a technology client in Dublin West.
About the Role:
* Schedule Interviews: Ensure that interview scheduling runs smoothly and efficiently, minimizing delays and conflicts.
* Coordinate Logistics: Arrange interview logistics, including sending invitations, booking rooms, and organizing video conferencing.
* Candidate Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Documentation Creation: Prepare required employment documentation for successful candidates.
* Background Checks: Request and prepare background checks with internal teams.
* Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
* Project Participation: Participate in projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Microsoft Outlook: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling, calendar management, and email organization.
* HRIS/ATS: Experience using an HRIS or applicant tracking database (Workday preferable).
